Scheduling Terms for Consult Yara LLC

1. Appointment Scheduling and Confirmation

All appointments must be scheduled through our official website, https://consultyara.com.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once your appointment is successfully booked. Please ensure that your contact information is accurate to avoid any communication issues.

2. Appointment Grace Period

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Therefore, we offer a 10-minute grace period for all scheduled appointments.
If you arrive within the grace period, your session will proceed for the remaining scheduled time.
If you fail to join the session within the grace period, the appointment will be considered a no-show.

3. No-Show Policy

A no-show occurs when a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice.
No-shows will not be rescheduled, and the session fee will be forfeited.
To avoid being marked as a no-show, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellations

Clients may reschedule their appointment at no additional cost, provided they give at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled time.
Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to additional fees.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be treated as a no-show.
