My Philosophy
As a licensed therapist and consultant, we specialize in helping individuals heal from the effects of trauma while highlighting the importance of mindfulness.
We understand the importance of creating a trusting relationship with clients and valuing their perspectives while providing a non-judgmental and empathetic approach to therapy. Our goal is to encourage the intervention of emotional, behavioral, and traumatic difficulties while being culturally, sexually, and gender-sensitive.
We believe in guiding our clients towards discovering their own inner strength, resilience and wisdom. We believe everyone has the ability to create a fulfilling and meaningful life, and we are here to help you achieve that.

Our main techniques are rooted in but are not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy which are used to assist individuals with properly coping.
We believe building resiliency, improving self-confidence, and increasing self-awareness coupled with action are the most effective. Everyone has the power to create a better future for themselves with the correct tools.
